Just a little Project
Saving the Planet
Being an environmentally responsible firm, the client had their salvage yard upgraded to prevent undue spillage and seepage into natural ground and ground-water.
A highly respected local building contractor approached us to manage the project on their behalf to ensure production impact to the client was minimal.
Regardless of a steep learning curve and various pit-falls the project was completed successfully. The client could rest easy in their aim to save the planet and our building client went on to win even bigger projects.

The Layout needs a look!!!
"This never happens to us!" is heard even in the best families and companies...but it does!!

They phoned LCT stating that the new 'multi-million dollar' equipment will be delivered in three months, but the layout and the manning requirements weren't done yet!

"No problem!" we said, so to understand the layout needs, we had to simulate the production-flow to understand the WIP requirements!

Then there was the manning issue - the new cycle-time would be never-seen- before by the client - how many operators would they need to off-load this monster?

LCT was there to help make sense of it all to ensure that when the equipment arrived, everyone was ready for it!
