Service Description
A3 Problem Solving offers a compact, yet effective method of solving and recording a variety of problems. We will touch on some powerful techniques to find the root cause of a problem and then work through the process to get to implementation and feedback. This is a halfday session with emphasis on practical completion of an A3 problem solution. This is a very cost-effective course for busy individuals and employees. Each attendee will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion. Coffee, Tea and snack will be provided. Bookings can be made online or via email to andre@louwconsult.co.za. Payment details will be shared once the booking request have been received.

1. No Booking is final until the full amount has been paid. 2. Bookings cancelled later than 1 week prior to the event will only be eligible for a 50% refund, or a rescheduling fee of R500 may be charged.
